The Clubhouse

Great communication!!!

Not what I expected or what was portrayed in the photos, this is a multi-unit three plex not a single home, you get access to the top floor. Floors/walls are thin and conversations of downstairs dwellers were able to be heard well past the 1000 PM quite time. The lighting in the photos is amazing, actual lighting and feel leaves you saying somethings not right. Two of the four beds turned out to be unusable, upstairs in the large game room and the small bedroom attached to the shared bathroom, the beds/windows had a large quantity of small bugs, according to google lens they were Elm Seed Bugs, when I say large quantity, I means hundreds, they were also everywhere in the entry way to the building. it was nice to have a fenced area to let our dog out to use however the gate was broken and this was a shared space with the other tenants and their 4 dogs. The large tree displayed in the add photos is no longer present the photos seem to be 3-5 years old. Check out process was easy enough, however I would like to say that when we went to use the washing machine, I was not expecting to find wet washcloths and wet women's underwear still in the machine. I do appreciate and thank the host for the place to stay however in its current state I would not recommend they keep the listing up.

Positive: Family friendly. The game room was awesome! Negative: Layout was confusing but the unit itself is massive and a fun time for the whole family.

We came for our daughter’s graduation from BSU. The Clubhouse was spacious. Some areas newer than the rest. The A/C didn’t work well though and it was quite a warm weekend. The house didn’t cool down until late at night and it made us uncomfortable and sweaty. The beds were a bit stiff and pillows kinda flat. Kitchen is well stocked. Living room has a nice, big tv but could use more seating in that area.
