This rental is in poor condition, is dirty, and is in a sketchy neighborhood. It is a "projects unit" in a low income neighborhood in a high crime rate town.
The walls are thin and there is a lot of traffic/noise on the main road, an active train trustle a block away, a homeless shelter a block away, and unit itself is not worth the price they list it for.
The smoke alarms are missing in the main room and by the bedrooms.
The shampoo and conditioner provided in the bathroom were watered down and lumpy.
The couch and large living room carpet are stained and dirty. The blinds are broken. The throw blanket was dirty with a used bandaid stuck to it.

Near the train track and the yard is a mess. Other than that okay.

Unfortunately I think the cleaners missed the house. However the company made it right. Great communication. Things happen. Would still use again.
