It never happened. Got there on 7/31 after 12 hrs of travel only to find filthy carpets , musty smells and cat food and bugs on the kitchen floor. Air conditioning not working so place was 85 degrees. I couldnt stay and left 15 minutes later. I requested a full refund that's justified but i have yet to receive anything. I have never had a situation where I was so upset and disappointed. I paid alot of money for a 14 day stay and was frantically seeking a place once I got to idaho from Pa.

My kids and I arrived at property roughly 7pm after our flight last evening. To walk into a very stale smell in this unit. Pieces of the blinds are broken on 2 front windows and in main bedroom window,the towels left on the bed were damp, carpet is filthy just absolutely gross. Yes, I have pictures. We by pure force stayed here last night as no place had availability. However, we will be checking out now (saturday morning 7:30am). The photos on VRBO are much more forgiving of this unit. It is not worth the money I paid to be here. We left the beds as you ask upon our dismissal, the 2 glasses we used are placed in dishwasher and it is turned on, we did not use any towels however, placed the ones from the beds in the washing machine. Definitely not a 5 star experience. Rachel-

The house was clean and comfortable. We appreciate the affordable price in a very expensive town. The property manager did not respond to the safety issue of a malfunctioning smoke detector. The microwave trips the CFI outlet if you open the microwave door while the microwave is running.

Great communication with manager and love that they allowed our pets. Awesome location too!

Property was clean and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Close to I-84 and near major arteries into and around the city. Had a great stay.
