2 bed luxury Downtown Apt with free parking!

Perfect location! You will love this location if you want to be steps away from restaurants, bars, coffee spots and shops. Both beds were very comfortable as well as pillows. The floor in the common area is very squeaky and can wake people sleeping. Couch is not very comfortable and not for 3 people so our group of 4 didn't have enough places to sit. Please add another throw blanket or a larger and heavier one. The washer/dryer unit is very convenient but we couldn't get the dryer to work right. Once it stopped we couldn't get it back on. Lastly....the parking! It is a very hard spot to get in. Do not drive a large car or truck.

Our stay was great. Host had great communication and checked in periodically on how the trip and place was working out. The free parking space is very very small and definitely only for a small compact size vehicle. Pre-arrival instructions did explain space was small but it was definitely smaller than expected. Would recommend this rental to anyone looking to be close to downtown Boise.

Location, location, location is everything. This is in the heart of Boise. Such a cute house.

The location was lovely and easy to walk anywhere downtown. Beautiful apartment is a lovely historic building. The downtown location can be noisy at night and has garbage trucks each night between 4-5am so if you are looking for a quiet place, this isn’t really it. It is important to note that the parking space available to guests would only fit the smallest car you can imagine. We had a compact car and it didn’t even fit in the space. I believe that free parking should not be advertised as a feature because it really isn’t an option unless you had a motorcycle. We ended up having to pay for parking in nearby lots for $18 per day! Otherwise the stay was good.
