1917 North End Bungalow Parking in Hyde Park

Great inexpensive option in an amazing location! Sunny and spacious. Positive: The house is very pretty and spacious. The location is absolutely perfect! Close to hiking/walking, and to lots of coffee, restaurants, & shops. Really lovely neighborhood! Wish I could move in. The kitchen appliances are like new, the simple, modern decorating makes for a calm environment. The owners are very helpful, friendly, & responsive. It was easy to find, & to manage in all aspects of communication. Negative: Like most Airbnbs, it isn’t perfect. The waterproof mattress cover was a sheet of plastic-backed synthetic fabric, which caused me to wake up in a pool of sweat. There was no lamp next to the bed on either side, just a fan light in the ceiling, so you had to get out of bed to turn it off at night. There wasn’t any spare T.P., & there was one single teaspoon of coffee left. Just two tea bags as well. I asked the owners if they could help with those things (but didn’t bother w/ the coffee), & they took care of it right away! I don’t recall it saying there is a downstairs tenant. Although they were mostly quiet, the floor is apparently thin, so you hear them talking audibly. I recommend ear plugs. I was glad I had them! Maybe they can provide some. It would be awesome to have just a few pictures up on the walls! I’m an artist, just ask me😉! PS: The T.P. holder doesn’t work. It falls off the hooked end. Thanks so much!

Very comfortable home! My only "complaint" is the bed. It was very low and close to the floor. In the winter it is very cold. Well stocked kitchen, bathroom very large, very comfy sofa! Overall, enjoyed my stay and would recommend to others!

See above Positive: It was a very clean and comfy place to.stay. Negative: I didn't like that multiple times people came up and was trying to put the code in the door. Once a man and the other a lady. I am assuming they were staying next door, but not a good feeling when your sitting there and someone is trying to get in. And then to.make it worse one of the managers unlocked our door while we were in there and scared the crap out of us. And this all happened over multiple days so it made it hard to sit and relax knowing at anytime someone could be trying to get it or actually hope it.

I had a perfect stay

A great location and outstanding communication with the property manager. Will stay there again.
