Negative: Was great other than being DANK; like it reeked of mildew/mold/water damage of some kind. After opening all the windows and running the 2 tiny dehumidifiers (that I found but were not running when we arrived) overnight, it was bearable.

It was not very clean. Floors, shower, bedspread, and rugs have not been cleaned in a long time. Unable to use internet or TV the entire stay. Internet service would not stay connected-needs a boost for the router. Cell service poor as well, but understandable for a basement. Amenities are good - towels, dishes, pots and pans, etc.

Clean, easy check in/out, quick message replies. Had difficulty locking the door when leaving, was told would lock automatically but it never did. Could hear the other guests upstairs which made it a bit difficult to fall asleep some nights.
